Ah, almost forgot!  Need something cute!  Where shall I go!?!?

Well, secretly I’ve been  looking about for things that are amigurumi-ish for my husband that are taken from video games.  Know of something?  Let me know!  Meanwhile, I DID find the following Boo Amigirumi.  If you’re not familiar this is Boo from various Mario-type games.

HOWEVER.  While I was on the site - whose name is awesome, by the way - it’s Craftypants! - but I found my cute item.  Oh yeah.  This bear is awesome.  And it has a story of when she made it.  I love stories of people making things.  This bear is Well Traveled.

Ridiculously Cute: a Whole Darn Book of It

Holy Cow! Two weeks ago I posted Ana Paula Rimoli’s dangerously cute amigurumi eggs. I still splutter with laughter every time I see them. I don’t know if you find these as amusing as I do, but I hope you do, because it’s awesome to find things that make you laugh like that.

So, pondering what to post that’s cute, I ran upon this… well, not ran upon, because I subscribe to Ana Paula’s blog, and regularly troll her Etsy store, too. I hope she has some Christmas stuff there, so I can figure out some stuff to make for that crochet along I’m supposed to be doing.

What was my point? Besides promoting Ana Paula more than she herself does? That her new book is now on preorder at Amazon. I didn’t even know she had a book coming out - where have I been? - but I’m sure that the title is truth in advertising: Seriously Cute Crochet.

Ridiculously Cute: The Search Term?

So, I was apparently bored after spending too much time messing about on the internet. On Fridays I like to post something that I’ve found that week that rates high on my cute scale. This week, I wanted to see what ranked high on others’ cute lists, but as a result of my Google search being overrun with articles from teenaged girls about cute boys, I have abandoned my project. <shiver>

Instead, I give you Mr. Tiny Handsewn Deer and Ms. Tiny Handsewn Fieldmouse. Both from Blossom Hill. And there are more. Check out the kitty, there, too.
