Now that Thanksgiving is over – we ate all our leftovers at my mom’s house this evening – I think it’s time for a tad bit of low fat in the diet. Although I removed all the really serious fat offenders from Emeril’s recipes (pork fat, mass quantities of butter, heavy cream, etc.), it’s heavier than I’m used to.

However, December IS cookie season, so I may be eating mostly salad and cookies this month.

I have finished Jeff’s blue beanie! It is nice I could whip up a hat for him in just a couple of days.
