You are a much better woman than I. Of course, when I was your age, I was all into that stuff, too. Thankfully I got old. Not necessarily wise. I was so impressed I instantly surfed the web for canning supplies. I have my eye on a kit. I alas do not own a dutch oven anymore, but the kit comes with a pot designed for canning.
